Very polite and pleasant to book and work with. Was also great to hear some onsite training about using the trolley safely between the two workers. Safe practices and reliable service. Thank you!
Dean did a great job very quickly. Great and affordable customer service provided by a logistical problem solver. I would highly recommend BinChicken Recycling to anyone
After feeling disappointed with our previous provider, we called Bin Chicken Recycling to remove a large pile of mixed rubbish that had accumulated in our loading dock. Our institution required a quick turnaround time, and the team exceeded expectations. They were friendly, punctual, prepared and even helped load our rubbish into their skip (which we were not expecting). Unfortunately, our rubbish did not quite fit in the receptacle provided. Showing pride in their work, the Bin Chicken team didn’t want to leave us with a ‘half-finished’ job, so they quoted us a reasonable fee and offered to return the same afternoon to clear the remaining trash. Top-notch service and a great result :)
Dean has done different jobs for us throughout the years, and it has always been super easy and reliable. Great communication, always shows up on time. At first, we would hire him with his ute and trailer but last time we were doing a renovation, and we hired one of his mobile skip bins. He dropped it off and picked it up when we were ready, it was super handy!
As a real estate agent, I arranged a one off clean following a deceased estate, including furniture removal, house contents, and building material disposal, on behalf of the seller. Dean met me onsite for a quote and was professional, reliable, and respectful throughout the process. The team completed the job efficiently and left the property clean and ready for sale. They also assisted with additional items that were not part of the original scope and returned promptly to complete these without issue. Highly recommend their service.
