MLEC recently installed a battery system and additional solar panels on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The three-person installation team arrived on time, were courteous, and conducted themselves professionally throughout the entire process. They carried out a thorough inspection of my existing system and identified several deficiencies from the previous installation, all of which were corrected. Their knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. They took the time to explain the latest regulatory requirements and the changes needed to ensure my system was compliant and operating efficiently. I was particularly impressed with the care and attention shown while working on the roof. Safety was clearly a priority, and great care was taken to avoid damaging any roof tiles. The team even replaced a few cracked tiles they discovered during the installation. Overall, MLEC provides excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone. Their after-hours support has also been excellent. MLEC is clearly a very popular company, so it can sometimes take a little patience to get in contact with them, but the quality of their work and service makes it well worth the wait. I would highly recommend MLEC to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and reliable solar installation company.
If you're thinking of upgrading/installing solar, with or without battery, we are more than happy to highly recommend MLEC Solar. From the promotional pop up at the shopping centre, setting up the home visit to go through more detail and provide the quote, the staff were friendly, professional and non pushy. Dylan explained the various solar and battery rebates and how to access the $10k interest free loan to help paying for the battery. MLEC's office staff handled all the setup administration relating to Western Power and Synergy, advising us of our installation date. Jamie and his installation crew arrived bang on time, again friendly, professional and efficient in their work, explaining how the day would go and cleaning up after themselves. Jamie ran through the system, giving the chance to ask any questions and set up the WiFi and app to monitor the system. I have no doubts should aftersales service be required that it will be of the same standard we have experienced throughout the application and installation process. Looking forward to reduced power bills and being more self sufficient. Thank you to the whole MLEC Solar team.

Good from start to finish. I had a complete solar pannel and battery system fitted, salesrep was very helpful and accommodating to my requirements and requests, never pushy and easy to discuss any concerns with. Good communications with everyone from administration, sales to trades at installation. The crew that installed were on time with tidy workmanship and very good with any questions or concerns I had From what I have experienced I would highly recommend MLEC for your solar & battery systems.
